Fourwinds is a registered Non-profit Association and the Visiting Artist (RVA) program operates solely on the donations of its permanent and visiting artists, yearly Association membership, a small grant from Community and Departmental governments, fund raising events during summer months and charitable contributions from individuals understanding the real need for such a program.
